With the conclusion of the white-ball series, the focus shifts to the red-ball format as India takes on South Africa in 2-match Test series, with the 1st Test slated to begin on December 26, 2023 in Centurion.
India are yet to win a Test series on South African soil. The last tour back in 2021/22 saw India losing the series by 2-1.

IND vs SA 1st Test – Weather Forecast
Day 1 – The opening day of the 1st Test at SuperSport Park in Centurion is likely to be marred by consistent rain.
According to AccuWeather, there is 96% chance of rain along with thunderstorm. The temperature will around 23-27 throughout the day.
Day 2 – The second day of the Test will saw a more clear weather. While there will be cloud covers, the chance of rain is 25%.

Day 3 – A light shower is expected during the first session with the chance of precipitation being 41%. However, the final two sessions are likely to go uninteruppted.
Day 4 & 5- Rain is likely to interrupt Day 4 and 5 with the chance of precipitation being 60%. The temperature will be around 27 degrees celsius.
