WWE Survivor Series 2021: Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Damian Priest- Survivor Series is less than a week away now, but still, only four matches have been made official. There’s no doubt that WWE has been lousy in promoting Survivor Series this year. Considering the brand supremacy event to be the final PPV of 2021, WWE should have done something out of the box to push and promote it, but nothing of that sort has happened so far.
With hardly six days and one edition of Raw & Smackdown left before the PPV event, the possibilities of adding at least two matches to the match card has increased. One of those two matches could be between the Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura & United States Champion Damian Priest. As mentioned above, the build-up for Survivor Series has been pretty lame this year. So far, we haven’t seen superstars going over to the other brand and having a showdown against their Survivor Series counterparts.

Or the scenario can be flipped if Damian Priest heads to Smackdown for one night at challenge Shinsuke Nakamura.

WWE Survivor Series 2021: Damian Priest issues a challenge to Nakamura this week on WWE Raw
Recently, in an interview, Damian Priest revealed that he is not sure about what he will be doing during the Survivor Series weekend. WWE has not booked Priest for a match as of now.- This could lead him to challenge Nakamura for another brand vs. brand, champion vs. champion match at the PPV event.- Yet another possibility of booking the two champions in a match.

WWE Survivor Series 2021: WWE makes the match official without any build-up
This is not something WWE hasn’t done before. The company named the teams of both men & women 5-on-5 elimination Tag-Team match without any build-up, not even on Raw or Smackdown. The same could happen with the announcement of this match, or even a last-minute addition seems to be a possibility.
