WWE released Jeff Hardy on December 10, and it is a tough pill to swallow for pro-wrestling fans around the world. Hardy’s release came after he was sent home from a House show last Saturday in Edinburg, Texas, after appearing sluggish in the ring during the course of a 6-man tag-team match, where he teamed up with Drew McIntyre & King Woods to take on the Bloodline.

During the house show match on Saturday at Edinburg, Jeff Hardy looked lame with his moves as the match went on. He immediately disappeared through the crowd while the security personnel followed him in the crowd.

After making the exit, Jeff never returned and did not even appear in the post-match celebration when his team reigned supreme over The Bloodline. Hardy was supposed to compete in another house show the next evening in Corpus Christi but was replaced by another veteran superstar Rey Mysterio.

Hardy’s release comes as a massive jolt as he was among the top veterans in the company, and his job was almost secured.
