Previously on the March 6 episode of WWE Raw Sami Zayn faced Jimmy Uso in a singles match. In the match, Zayn defeated Jimmy Uso. Following the end of the match, Jey Uso entered the ring and hugged Sami Zayn. However, moments later, Jey Uso Superkicked Sami Zayn.
With that, the Usos launched an attack on Zayn. Solo Sikoa also came out to attack Zayn. However, Cody Rhodes walked out and saved Zayn.
