WWE Smackdown: Roman Reigns’ next opponent reportedly revealed- The reigning Universal Champion Roman Reigns is expected to return victorious from the Crown Jewel event against Brock Lesnar. Once Roman is done with the Beast Incarnate, he is said to get into a feud with the Scottish Warrior Drew McIntyre.
Drew McIntyre got drafted to the Blue brand (WWE Smackdown) on the first night of WWE Draft. His arrival on the Blue brand was something the people saw coming as many predicted that the Scottish Warrior could be the one to dethrone the Tribal Chief.

As per Dave Meltzer of Wrestling News Observer, Drew McIntyre’s going to Smackdown was a part of the plan to give Roman Reigns a credible opponent moving forward. Roman has reigned supreme over every guy in the WWE Smackdown locker room- he desperately needed a new challenger, and who could have been better than Drew McIntyre. Below is what he stated,
”McIntyre was moved over since Roman Reigns desperately needs a new opponent, and on paper right now there is essentially nobody else for him. Plus, McIntyre goes over with multiple losses at the end of his Raw run and presumably another to Big E, and then will become Reigns’ big contender probably around December.”

So does this mean Roman Reigns is going to defeat Brock Lesnar, and Big E will defeat Drew McIntyre at Crown Jewel? Maybe a spoiler is out already.

After Crown Jewel, both Roman Reigns & Drew McIntyre will be done with their respective feuds. WWE’s next major PPV event will be Survivor Series in November, followed by TLC in December.
