Friday Night SmackDown kicked off with Braun Strowman, Ricochet and Madcap Moss vs The Imperium.
The match started. Braun Strowman, Ricochet and Madcap Moss entered the ring. After them, the Imperium walked out. Vinci and Moss squared off at the beginning of the match. Moss took control of the match between the duo.

Ricochet tagged in while Vinci took control of the match. Kaiser entered and slapped Strowman. The distraction allowed Imperium to attack Ricochet.

Suddenly Drew McIntyre walked out. Ricochet managed to tag out while Strowman attacked Kaiser. Strowman then turned his attention to Vinci and tossed him out of the ring.

Strowman and Gunther charged head-on at each other. Moss tagged in and attacked Gunther.
Finally, Gunther delivered a German Suplex and a clothesline and followed it with a powerbomb for victory.
Thus, Imperium defeated Braun Strowman, Ricochet and Madcap Moss.

Following the end of the match, the Viking Raiders attacked Drew McIntyre and threw him into the barricade. Sheamus tried to help but they were too much for Sheamus. Right then, Strowman attacked Viking Raiders and Ricochet took onto them. Finally, McIntyre and Sheamus took care of them.
Recently Strowman and Ricochet lost against The Usos and Moss too lost against Gunther. However, they do not seem to be on their best days as this week on SmackDown they tasted defeat at the hands of the Imperium as well.
