WWE Smackdown Results: BEST & WORST of this week’s Smackdown- This week’s Friday Night Smackdown took place at the famous Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois. The show wasn’t a great one, however, the closing segment was received pretty well by the crowd in attendance.
WWE Smackdown Results: That being said, what were the Best & Worst Moments of the show? Here we have come up with two Best and two Worst moments of the night. So without any further ado, let’s take a look.
WWE Smackdown Results: Roman Reigns fired Paul Heyman and got manhandled by Brock Lesnar (BEST)
The closing segment was perhaps the best moment of the night. The Beast Incarnate completely dismantled the Bloodline after Roman Reigns released Paul Heyman as his Special Counsel. Roman hit Heyman with a Superman punch and was about to inflict more damage before Brock Lesnar saved the day for his advocate.

Lesnar broke out on the Usos first, delivering them F5s outside the ring. He then staredown Roman Reigns, who was standing in the ring, with a steel chair in his hand. Lesnar slid into the ring, but Roman hit him with multiple steel chair shots on his back.

Those shots did not do any damage to the Beast as he hoisted Reigns to deliver an F5. Fans went berserk seeing Lesnar nailing an F5 on Reigns, which pumped Lesnar to deliver yet another devastating F5.

WWE Smackdown Results: Another pale Naomi-Sonya Deville segment (WORST)
Yet again, we witnessed a pale Naomi and Sonya Deville segment on Friday Night Smackdown. Naomi came to the ring with a list in her hand, saying that all she wanted on this Christmas, is a one-on-one match against Sonya Deville.

Sonya made her way out to the ring & yet again bluffed Naomi with her tactics as she made her fight against Shayna Baszler. It’s been more than a month since we are seeing differences between Naomi & Sonya Deville, and the saga has reached nowhere. What is the saturation point of Naomi and Sonya Deville?

WWE Smackdown Results: Toni Storm & Sasha Banks vs. Charlotte Flair & Shotzi (BEST)
The night kicked off with a huge women’s tag-team match that saw Toni Storm and Sasha Banks working together to face Shotzi & Charlotte Flair. The match was amazing that saw Toni Storm pinning Charlotte Flair miraculously to pick up a win for her team.

Toni Storm and Charlotte Flair have been involved in a back & forth feud of late. A pinfall win over the Smackdown Women’s Champion must have boosted her confidence immensely that would help her in the next week’s Smackdown Women’s Championship match.

WWE Smackdown Results: Was The Usos vs. The New Day really required? (WORST)
Was it really necessary to have The Usos compete in a non-title match against The New Day? Both teams are already announced to compete at the WWE Day 1 PPV event with the Smackdown tag-team Championship on the line.

The New Day earned the victory tonight on The Usos, and now they have the numbers of the Smackdown tag-team champions heading into the PPV event. Two weeks in a row, The New Day have secured a pinfall win over the tag champs, making them the team going with the upper hand heading into the January 1 PPV event. But this question is, was this dress rehearsal really required before WWE Day 1?
