WWE Smackdown- The Undertaker returning? This week’s Friday Night WWE Smackdown would be live from the iconic Madison Square Garden. Names like John Cena, Drew McIntyre, Bobby Lashley, Roman Reigns, Randy Orton, Edge, Becky Lynch, Seth Rollins, Charlotte Flair, Brock Lesnar, among others, are lined up for the Super Show.

WWE wants this edition of Smackdown to be a monumental one, and they have been promoting this Super Smackdown on every possible platform. Rumors were making rounds that “The Phenom“ The Undertaker will also appear on the show, but this ain’t going to happen.
WWE Smackdown- The Undertaker returning? According to Ringside News, any report about The Undertaker’s return plans at this point is nothing but fabricated. Steve Carrier of Ringside News Tweeted,
“We’ve been asked by a few readers about a report going around saying The Undertaker will be at #SmackDown in MSG. We can confirm that there are NO PLANS for Taker to make a return to the blue brand for any kind of appearance right now. It would be nice to see him back tho.”

WWE Smackdown: The Undertaker got his farewell last year in November at the Survivor Series PPV
The Undertaker got his farewell last November at the Survivor Series PPV event in the Thunderdome. Survivor Series holds prominence in The Phenom’s stellar career that lasted for almost three decades. It is the same PPV event where he made his WWE/F debut, and the rest remains history.
The legendary stature Undertaker carries on his back doesn’t count him out for future WWE appearances of some kind, but as of now, he is not scheduled for an appearance Madison Square Garden edition of WWE Smackdown this Friday Night.
