WWE Smackdown Highlights: Roman Reigns returns

The Head of the Table Roman Reigns returned tonight on what he claims his show. He was the one to kick off the show tonight with his special counsel Paul Heyman and cousins Jey & Jimmy Uso. Roman started off by telling how he smashed Brock Lesnar and needed vacation for the same.

His return, however, didn’t go too well for Jimmy Uso, who got pinned last week in his absence against The New Day. Roman, who thinks he has set the bar at the Island of Relevancy, cannot afford to see The Bloodline losing a single bout.

The segment led to The New Day’s interference and King Woods challenging Jimmy for a match later in the night. The bout, however, had high stakes. It was if King Woods loses, he will have to bend his knee in front of Roman Reigns to acknowledge him, and if Jimmy loses, he will bend his knee to pay him respect.

WWE Smackdown Highlights: Naomi got screwed again

Week after week, Naomi has been getting screwed by the dirty tactics of WWE authority figure Sonya Deville. Naomi was in a match against Shayna Baszler, whom she defeated clean. However, Sonya Deville didn’t think that Naomi won the bout clean.

She walked out after the match and claimed that Naomi took some assistance from ring ropes to pin Shayna and the match should restart. The bout restarted, but Naomi could never really get going as Shayna came from behind wrapped her hands around Naomi’s neck to put her down with her finisher submission.

WWE Smackdown Highlights: Roman Reigns & The Usos assaulted the New Day

The main event of the night saw King Woods defeating Jimmy Uso. As per the condition, Jimmy had to bend down on one of his knees before King Woods. However, just when Jimmy was bending down, Roman Reigns came out of nowhere and hit a Superman punch on King Woods.

Roman and The Usos then viciously assaulted both King Woods and Sir Kofi Kingston. The Usos particularly targeted the knee of Sir Kofi by attacking it from behind and then Jimmy Uso delivering a Uso splash on Kofi’s knee. The assault was a loud & clear message for the WWE Champion and New Day member Big E who is supposed to face Roman Reigns at the Survivor Series PPV.
