WWE SmackDown: Former Champion Recalls Being Assaulted By Ronda Rousey, Says “I’m not allowed to retaliate in that situation”
Last week, Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair confronted each other for contract signing on SmackDown. Both women had a heated talk during the contract signing, which led to a brawl in the ring. However, the former Cruiserweight Champion Drew Gulak stopped Ronda from hitting Charlotte and tried to take Ronda’s sign on the contract.

However, Ronda went furious and grabbed Gulak in the armbar submission and signed the contract while Gulak was caught in the submission hold.
During the latest edition of WWE’s The Bump, Drew Gulak recalled his experience being in the armbar submission. Eventually, he mentioned how he felt while being in the submission hold.
“Ronda had fireman’s carried me, she is spinning around, she slammed my hip into the ground, which hurt. I’m just trying to get her to sign this contract, I was auditioning to be Adam Pearce’s assistant general manager. I got the job done, as you can see it, and then there she applies the armbar. Fortunately, I’m not allowed to retaliate in that situation.” [H/T Sportskeeda]
Earlier, Charlotte Flair punished Drew Gulak with her figure 8 leg lock submission.
Ronda Rousey to Compete in a Beat The Clock Challenge On SmackDown
On the upcoming episode of Friday Night SmackDown, SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey will compete in a beat-the-clock ‘I Quit’ challenge. Both women will fight a female superstar and made her quit in the limited time.

At WrestleMania Backlash, both women will compete in an ‘I Quit’ match for the SmackDown Women’s title. The rivalry between Ronda and Charlotte reached new heights and their match at WrestleMania Backlash will be an ultimate confrontation to decide the winner.
