WWE Smackdown: What next for Paul Heyman?- Paul Heyman is no longer the Special Counsel of Roman Reigns. The latter stripped Heyman from his responsibilities before nailing him a Superman Punch.

Tonight’s Friday Night Smackdown started with a backstage interview segment that saw Paul Heyman sat down with Kayla Braxton as she asked him what next? Paul gave a skeptical answer and said that he may acknowledge that his time in WWE is done. Is that so? Is his time really done in WWE?

WWE Smackdown: Is Paul Heyman done with WWE, or is this the beginning of something new to come?

We all are aware of Paul Heyman’s loyalty towards the Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar. Before turning up as a special counsel to Roman Reigns, Heyman served as the advocate of the Beast for countless years.

Brock is back again in WWE, and this time, he is the babyface. His segments, his promos, and his rivalry with Roman Reigns has been nothing short of brilliant. Paul Heyman’s association with Brock Lesnar at this juncture seems to be quite obvious, but it seems like WWE has other plans in their mind for Brock Lesnar & Paul Heyman.

According to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer, WWE is willing to have Brock Lesnar & Roman Reigns feud stretched till Wrestlemania 38. Should Lesnar win at WWE Day 1, then Paul Heyman may double-cross Lesnar at WrestleMania 38 and regain the trust of Roman Reigns.

”There are different ways they can go, including a Lesnar title win to set up a WrestleMania rematch, or Lesnar on the verge of winning, and it comes out that the Heyman firing was a ruse, and he double-crosses Lesnar. The idea should be what is the best way to build WrestleMania. It could also be that a Heyman double-cross of Lesnar could be saved for WrestleMania.”

If things turn up the way Meltzer has mentioned, we could have a twist in the tale in this rivalry and might see Brock Lesnar falling in the web orchestrated by Roman Reigns & Paul Heyman.
