WWE Release: 24 days after the last set of players released, the next round of WWE release took place yesterday when the company terminated contracts of eleven WWE superstars, including the Bollywood Boyz (Singh Brothers), Fandango, Tyler Breeze, Killian Dain, Ariya Daivari, Marina Shafir, Ever-Rise, Arturo Ruas, Tony Nese August Grey, and Curt Stallion.

The names include players from WWE NXT, WWE NXT UK, and WWE 205 Live. Fandango, Tyler Breeze, and the Singh Brothers were among those who also made it to the main roster.

WWE Release: Singh Brothers accompanied Jinder Mahal on the main roster

The Bollywood Boyz (Singh Brothers) , Sunil Singh and Samir Singh were a major part of Jinder Mahal’s run as the WWE Champion. The duo was fondly known for being the sidekicks of the WWE Champion in 2017. Before 2017 they used to wrestle on WWE 205 Live as The Bollywood Boyz, and once the title reign of Jinder Mahal was over, they returned to 205 Live.

After their release from the company, they took to their official Twitter account to post a heartfelt farewell message. 

“All the bumps, torn ACLs, dislocated shoulders, it’s all been worth if for the last 5 years. And how ironic, we finished our last match with a shoulder hanging out of socket It’s fitting we got fired while showing up for wrestling training – we love what we do, with a passion”

Apart from The Singh Brothers, Fandango, who was a former United States Champion and defeated Chris Jericho in his debut match at Wrestlemania, also posted an emotional note on his Twitter.

“Thank you @VinceMcMahon @TripleH @StephMcMahon Thank you for the last 14 years. I truly appreciate it!”

Apart from the released superstars, Rhea Ripley, Alexa Bliss, and others also reacted to the recent release. The Raw Women’s Champion took to Twitter and wrote,

“I hate days like this (a broken heart emoji)” 

 

Alexa Bliss wrote,

“Releases always hurt my heart”
