WWE Raw: Damian Priest challenge Edge- The reigning United States Champion Damian Priest is willing to put his title on the line against Raw’s later acquisition, the Rated-R Superstar Edge.
Priest has been a dominant figure ever since he made his way onto the main roster in the latter half of last year. This past week on Raw, we saw a new and outrageous side of the United States Champion where he completely dismantled a towering figure like T-Bar.
WWE Raw: Damian Priest challenge Edge: After the show, he appeared on Raw Talk and made his stance clear on facing the WWE Hall of Famer in a dream match. Priest said,
“I mean, we got a list, a good list of people that just came over: Dolph Ziggler, Bobby Roode, The Street Profits, Rey Mysterio. It would be weird for the United States Champion to not mention the WWE Champion, Big E, but I like to think of this rebel superstar facing The Rated-R Superstar [Edge].”

WWE Raw: Priest has nothing but respect for the WWE legend
Damian Priest has been an admirer of the accolades of the Rated-R Superstar Edge. Earlier in August during an interview with Sportskeeda Wrestling’s Jose G, Priest revealed that he would love to get paired with Edge in the future. He said,
“Well, I mean if I had my choice, of course, I would pick one of my friends. I got Riddle, I got Keith Lee. But then the selfish part of me [would] be like, ‘Yo Edge! What’s up, man?! Where you at?!’”

With Survivor Series less than a month away, Damian Priest being the United States Champion will supposedly face Smackdown’s Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura. If the two men collide at Survivor Series it would be a first-time-ever match that would be a spectacle for the crowd present at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
