He then revealed he was without his partner Randy Orton because the Legend Killer was dealing with debilitating back issues. Riddle gave some shocking news when he revealed Orton was injured on Friday as well but decided to fight because it meant a lot to him.

The former Tag Team Champion then spoke about the future of RK Bro in the WWE. He isn’t even sure if the team has one. The former United States Champion also claimed Randy Orton’s single career is in jeopardy due to his injuries.

He then turned his attention to the Bloodline. Riddle claimed they didn’t win the right way and even called the Tribal Chief ‘ ‘a piece of trash’. The segment ended with Riddle telling Orton this was for him as Raw went into the commercial.

The Future for Riddle on WWE Raw as a Singles Competitor

After tonight’s claims by Riddle, it looks like Riddle is going to be a singles competitor for some time. For many weeks it has been rumored that Riddle will receive a decent push from the upper management.

Undisputed Champion Roman Reigns will not be wrestling at the next PPV Hell in a Cell. His first title defense as WWE Undisputed Universal Champion will be at WWE Money in the Bank. That first defense is rumored to be against Riddle.

Insidesport

The former United States Champion calling Reigns a piece of trash is a sign of a singles feud about to start between them. This would be Riddle’s first opportunity at the World Championship. It will be interesting to see if WWE adds any stipulations to the match. Reigns can work some intense matches and Riddle being a former UFC fighter won’t mind something extreme as well.
