WWE Raw- Raw Results and Highlights:

Charlotte vs. Bianca Belair- Time for the main event, Charlotte Flair vs. Binaca Belair with Becky Lynch commentating for the match.

The two women started with a classic wrestling lock and then it shifted into simultaneous head locks from both the women. The match got disqualified after Becky Lynch assaulted both the ladies and later Sasha Banks came in to attack Becky & Bianca.

  • Carmella drafted on Monday Night Raw
  • Ridge Holland drafted to Friday Night Smackdown from NXT 2.0
  • Gable Stevenson drafted to Monday Night Raw
  • Sami Zayn remains on Friday Night Smackdown

 

 

Randy Orton in the ring: Randy Orton arrives in the ring and calls out Omos whom he challenged earlier tonight. He called Omos AJ Styles’ bitch instead of the latter’s personal colossus.

Hearing this, AJ Styles & Omos arrived at the scene. AJ started trash-talking from the ramp itself and said that he along with Omos was celebrating his victory over Riddle last week. He then said is not going to let Omos fight him (Randy) because they are scheduled for a tag-team championship bout at Crown Jewel.

AJ was crossing his line on the mic by bad-mouthing Riddle, this led Randy to lash out at him with some right-hand strikes, while Riddle went onto gran Omos from his neck from behind. A brawl turned up and it ended up with RK-Bro leaving the ring with Randy Orton hitting a vicious RKO on AJ Styles.

 

 

The New Day vs. Cedric Alexander & Shelton Benjamin: Kofi Kingston & Shelton Benjamin started the proceedings. Benjamin was all over Kingston right after the bell rang as he flipped him high in the air and Kingston landed back-first on the mat.

Benjamin then tried slamming Kingston on the mat again this time from the top turnbuckle, but Kofi came up with a DDT and tagged in Woods, Benjamin, on the other hand, tagged Alexander. The action moved outside the ring for the non-tagged men as Kofi stomped on Benjamin from the steel stairs on the outside.

Meanwhile, in the ring, Xavier Woods finished things up by diving on Cedric Alexander coast-to-coast and secured a pinfall victory. After the match got over, the new members of Monday Night Raw, The Street Profits arrived to congratulate The New Day.

Backstage: The newest member of Monday Night Raw, Seth Rollins, gets interviewed backstage. He said, on Monday Night Raw, he will do what he wants, when he wants.

 

 

Goldberg arrives: The Hall of Famer Goldberg is here and he is looking for vengeance. He said that Bobby Lashley had the audacity to say what he did to his son was a misunderstanding.

He called out Bobby Lashley so that he could break his neck. Lashley came out, stood on the ramp, and clarified that what he did to his son Gage was all misunderstanding and he didn’t have any intention to do that.

Bobby Lashley then said that he knows that Goldberg wants to fight him and he gave him an opportunity to do so at Crown Jewel, but only on one condition. Lashley said that he wants the match to be a no holds barred so that he could do what he did to Goldberg at Summerslam.

He then added that Goldberg should bring his son again, and if this time his son does what he did at Summerslam, he (Lashley) won’t back away from intentionally hurting Gage.

Just when Lashley was done talking, Shelton Benjamin & Cedric Alexander tried attacking Goldberg from behind, but the Hall of Famer even the odds.

Big E & Drew McIntyre vs. Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode: Drew McIntyre and Ziggler started the proceedings and McIntyre bashed onto him with a shoulder block followed by a belly-to-belly slam. He then tagged Big E in and the WWE Champ splashed on Ziggler on the ring apron.

Ziggler tagged in Roode, and the latter faced some offense of Big E before the WWE Champion tagged in McIntyre. The Scottish Warrior slammed Roode with some offense of his and made sure he was rolling. He then tagged in Big E, but this time Roode caught him.

Roody first kicked in his bread basket and then continued the beat down. Ziggler also joined the action for a while, but it was mainly Roode who was in control. Finally, Big E got some separation from the beating and he tagged in McIntyre.

The Scottish Warrior sent Roode across the ring twice with his vicious belly-to-belly throwdown. Roode was in the corner, McIntyre tried running into him, but the former escaped from harm’s way and bashed shoulder-first into the post. McIntyre went outside after feeling the pain, and Ziggler hit him with a Superkick without the referee seeing him. In the closing moments, Drew McIntyre hit a Claymore on Ziggler to pick up the win.

Big E in the ring: The WWE Champion Big E stands in the middle of the ring and calls out Drew McIntyre who confronted him last week. Drew McIntyre came to the ring and talked about how he was robbed by Bobby Lashley.

McIntyre then said that Big E has earned his respect, shook his hand, and said that he is happy that he cashed in his contract on Bobby Lashley because he deserved it. After congratulating him, Drew challenged Big E for the WWE Championship. Before Big E could have answered the challenge, Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode interrupted the segment.

Dolph Ziggler then started the talking by saying that both Drew McIntyre & Big E should thank him for the number of things he has done to build the careers of Big E & Drew McIntyre. Ziggler demanded a simple thanks, but instead, he got challenged by Big E & Drew McIntyre for a tag-team match against him & Bobby Roode.

Mustafa Ali & Mansoor vs. Angel Garza & Humberto Carrillo: Carrillo and Mansoor started off the proceedings, Carrillo was all over CMansoor right from the word go, but Mansoor somehow planted Carrillo on his back.

He then tagged Ali, while Garza was tagged in by Carrillo. The two men had a back & forth battle until Garza hit a vicious elbow to rock Ali. Mansoor tried to help his partner, but Carrillo took care of him outside the ring and slammed him back-first on the barricade.

In the ring, Garza was all over Ali and sent him face-first on the bottom turnbuckle. Garza then distracted the referee and Carrillo slammed Ali’s face on the ring post before Garza pinned him to pick up the win.

Shayna Baszler vs. Dana Brooke: It was more of a squash match as it didn’t take long for Shayna Baszler to submit Dana Brooke with her vicious Sleeper Hold.

After the match got over, Shayna sent Brooke outside the ring near the steel stairs to give her the same treatment as Eva Marie and Nia Jax from the past two weeks. However, Doudrop came out of nowhere to help Dana Brooke to escape Shayna’s wrath.

  • Seth Rollins drafted to Monday Night Raw
  • Shinsuke Nakamura & Rick Boogs stay on Friday Night Smackdown

Backstage: RK-Bro gets interviewed with Randy Orton back. They are asked about their Crown Jewel Raw Tag-Team Championship match against AJ Styles & Omos. During the interview, Randy Orton goes on to challenge Omos.

 

 

US Championship- Jeff Hardy vs. Damian Priest: The match started with a classic wrestling lock before Priest floored him with a shoulder block. The two men then went back and forth before moving out to the ring.

Hardy tried diving on the outside on Priest from the apron, but the champion escaped harm’s way and Hardy landed badly on the floor. Priest then went for a roll-up dive of his own from the steel stairs and we go into the commercial.

After the commercial, the two men were on the top turnbuckle, and Hardy hit some right strikes along with some elbows to send Priest down on the mat. Hardy then dived with a reverse moonsault and landed correctly on the US Champion.

He then ran into the champion and floored him. Priest was up on his feet after a while and tried his finisher maneuver Reckoning, but Hardy escaped. In the closing moments, Hardy placed a perfect Twist of Fate and went for a Swanton. He covered Priest, but the champ rolled him up for a pinfall win.

After the match got over, Austin Theory, the newest member of WWE Raw, arrived with a cell phone to take a selfie with Hardy, but instead, he floored him with his finisher and took a selfie with an unconscious Hardy.

 

 

WWE Draft Round 1:

  • Becky Lynch drafted to Monday Night Raw
  • The Usos stays on Friday Night Smackdown
  • Bobby Lashley stays on Monday Night Raw
  • Sasha Banks stays on Friday Smackdown

 

 

Becky Lynch opens the night: Smackdown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch opens the night at Nashville. Becky Lynch announces that she is the number one draft pick of tonight and says that Raw is her show now.

She further added the last time when she beat Charlotte Flair, she is never been the same but when Charlotte beat her last time, she is much better than what she used to be. Lynch further added that it is time now for her to become “Becky Two Belts” again. As she was talking, Charlotte interrupted her and walked into the ring.

Charlotte said that Becky must have beaten her to become “Becky two Belts,” but she is the one whom Becky always looks up to. As she was talking, Bianca Belair also came into the ring to join the conversation. Bianca was trash-talking about Charlotte, while the Raw Women’s Champion was responding.

The three women were arguing a lot until Adam Pearce & Sonya Deville came to the ramp and announced that Bianca will face Charlotte tonight.
