WWE Raw: Reason for AJ Styles being off TV possibly revealed- The Phenomenal One AJ Styles has been off WWE TV (Monday Night Raw) for two weeks in a row. Last week rumors surfaced that he might be out due to a possible injury but now Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio has revealed the possible reason being a non-injury-related one.
AJ has been a target of multiple shoulder injuries throughout his pro-wrestling career. Initially, it got rumored that one of his shoulder injuries might have popped up, but that isn’t the case, according to Meltzer.
WWE Raw: What is the actual reason for AJ’s sudden absence?
As per Dave Meltzer, the 44-year old superstar has a medical issue but a non-injury one. Meltzer says, “AJ’s got a non-injury medical issue, is what I was told. I’m sure he is gonna yell and scream about it at some point, but that is what they said. A non-injury medical issue.”

AJ Styles’ last WWE TV appearance came at the WWE Crown Jewel PPV in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on October 21. He teamed up with his personal colossus Omos to take on the Raw Tag-Team Champions Randy Orton & Riddle. AJ & Omos returned unsuccessful against the Raw tag-team champions.

WWE Raw: What could be next for AJ Styles upon his return?
The Phenomenal One has groomed Omos enough to get him running as a singles competitor. Therefore whenever AJ Styles return, he could have a single run of his own and possibly get into the WWE title picture.
AJ Styles has done whatever he could to elevate Omoas as the monster figure he is today. AJ now needs to go back to the drawing board and restart his singles career from where he left. Splitting up with Omos seems to be a possibility for the Phenomenal One so that he could get back into the WWE Title picture and possibly came the coveted title for the third time in his career.
