WWE NXT 2.0: Has Johnny Gargano bid the final adieu to WWE Universe?- An emotional Johnny Gargano forged his way out on the ramp, entered the ring with tears in his eyes amid the crowd chanting ‘Johnny Wrestling!’ He grabbed a microphone to seemingly bid the final adieu to the WWE Universe, but a sudden attack with a steel chair from behind by Grayson Waller left the crowd stunned & perplexed.
Johnny Gargano’s WWE contract was set to cease on December 3, but he extended it for a week to wrap up his ongoing storyline. During tonight’s segment, Gargano didn’t mention the fact that he wasn’t returning to NXT, but gave an impression that he is seemingly done with the promotion.

Johnny Gargano is undeniably one of the greatest superstars in NXT history. Since the very beginning, he has worked his heart out for the promotion and made an emotional connection with NXT and its fans. Below is the entire promo segment of Johnny Gargano,

A former NXT Champion, North American Champion, and NXT Tag-Team Champion, Gargano was also the first-ever superstar in the brand to hold three different championship titles in the men’s division.
That being said, in his promo tonight, Gargano mentioned that he is about to become a father in February and is skeptical about his future with NXT. However, the Grayson Waller attacking angle has opened the door for Gargano’s return at a later stage, but his WWE contract is done for now, and it would be interesting to see if he signs a new deal with the company or walk down the road in the sunset.

WWE NXT 2.0: Kyle O’Reilly and Johnny Gargano had an emotional segment after NXT 2.0 went off the air
Earlier, on tonight’s NXT 2.0, O’Reilly lost the Steel Cage match against Von Wagner, and it seems like the former Undisputed Era, who once ruled NXT, has been written off the show. His WWE contract has also reached the pinnacle end, and he is likely to head to AEW to join forces with his friends Bobby Fish and Adam Cole.
After the final segment that saw Grayson Waller brutally assault Gargano and power bombed him on the announce table, the show went off the air. However, after the chaotic end, Gargano’s old colleagues Kyle O’Reilly and NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa joined him in the ring.

On their way out, Shawn Michaels came down to the ramp and hugged both O’Reilly and Gargano, who have possibly bid the final adieu to the WWE Universe.
