WWE News: Kevin Owens breaks character to praise Sami Zayn
In a recent edition of the Cheap Heat podcast, Kevin Owens, who is currently involved in a feud with the Bloodline, stated that Sami has been unstoppable for over a decade.
He’s always been unbelievable. Definitely one of the best in the world to me over the last decade, at least if not longer. For some reason, he was never really… people don’t get the credit they deserve. He was one of those guys. Now people are just taking notice.”
He also took time to praise Sami Zayn’s WrestleMania bout against Johnny Knoxville which the former lost.
“To me, even if you go back a few months before this whole Bloodline stuff started, like the stuff with Johnny Knoxville. He had a match at WrestleMania with those guys. That was all him. That’s really pretty incredible. I think several members of our roster could have done a pretty good job at it, but I don’t think anybody could have done it like he did,” Owens noted. WWE News: Kevin Owens all set to face Sami Zayn on WWE SmackDown
Long-time friends Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens will square off against each other on the 3oth December episode of WWE SmackDown in a tag team bout. While Sami will have the current face of WWE Roman Reigns in his corner, KO will be teaming up with one of the greatest babyfaces of all time – John Cena.
