WWE News: Becky Lynch to play a special role in NBC’s Young Rock
Recently, PWInsider broke the news of Becky Lynch playing a role in season 3 of NBC’s Young Rock. Season 3 will premiere on NBC on Friday, November 4. As per the reports, The Man will play the role of the music star Cyndi Lauper.

Recently, Scott Fishman of TV Insider’s shared a tweet teasing Becky Lynch’s on-screen return sooner than expected. Surprisingly, the tweet hinted at the former champion’s new role in Young Rock.
PWInsider detailed the episode revolves around a party thrown by the music star Cyndi Lauper during the first WrestleMania in 1995.
“The plot of the first episode deals with a party Lauper throws around WrestleMania 1. Hulk Hogan, Mr. T, Vince McMahon, Lou Albano and Liberace will also be portrayed in the episode, which is set in 1985. When the series was being cast, Lauper was listed as a possible recurring character, so this may not be Lynch’s only appearance in the series.”

Many WWE fans are eager to watch Becky Lynch playing a new role outside of her wrestling character.

WWE News: When will Becky Lynch return to WWE?
Becky Lynch lost her title shot against Bianca Belair at SummerSlam. However, during the match, she suffered a shoulder injury which kept her out of action. At the Post-SummerSlam episode of Monday Night Raw, WWE aired a segment where Damage CTRL attacked the former Raw Women’s Champion exacerbating her shoulder injury.
Since then, The Man has not been featured on Monday Night Raw. However, she continued to represent WWE in multiple events and was also featured in the WrestleMania 39 launch party. As per the rumors, WWE is likely to bring her back at the 2023 Royal Rumble.
