WWE Extreme Rules- Finn Balor vs Roman Reigns Live: The Universal Champion Roman Reigns will once again defend his title against Finn Balor, but this time against the latter’s alter-ego, i.e., “The Demon” Finn Balor in an Extreme Rules match at the Extreme Rules PPV on September 26. Talking about stipulation, the match was announced as an Extreme Rules match after the Extreme Rules go-home edition of Monday Night Raw, on September 20.

WWE Extreme Rules: Roman Reigns vs. “The Demon” Finn Balor at Extreme Rules
After having his Summerslam match robbed, Balor came to reclaim the title he never lost in a failed attempt on the September 3 edition of WWE Smackdown. Although the bout started in a controversial fashion as Balor got assaulted at the hands of Roman’s laggies- The Usos. The Prince struggled throughout the match after the vicious assault. As a result, now Balor with his alter-ego has one more opportunity up his sleeve at the Universal title at the Extreme Rules PPV.
WWE Extreme Rules: “The Demon” Finn Balor confronted Roman Reigns at the Madison Square Garden’s Smackdown
Finn Balor vs Roman Reigns: The Demon and The Tribal Chief had a face-off segment on the Madison Square Garden edition of Friday Night Smackdown. In the closing moments of tonight’s show, Roman Reigns accepted Brock Lesnar’s challenge and said that he would smash him anytime like he will smash Finn Balor at Extreme Rules.
As soon as he mentioned Balor’s name in his segment, the lights went off for a while and the Demon Finn Balor emerged from a puff of smoke on the entrance ramp. He walked straight into the face of the Universal Champion and the two men had a staredown before the show went off the air.
