WWE Extreme Rules Preview: WWE’s next PPV Extreme Rules is less than ten days away. Therefore, we have come up with the WWE Extreme Rules Preview of the matches announced. Five matches have been added to the match card thus far, and we will pick them simultaneously for a brief preview.

WWE Extreme Rules Preview: Smackdown Women’s Championship

“Big Time Becks” Becky Lynch will defend her Smackdown Women’s Championship title against the lady whom she defeated at Summerslam last month to clinch the title. i.e., Bianca Belair.

Belair earned her shot at Becky Lynch’s Smackdown Women’s Championship title after defeating the likes of Carmella, Zelina Vega, and Liv Morgan in a fatal 4-way match on the Friday Night Smackdown edition following Summerslam.

WWE Extreme Rules Preview: Raw Women’s Championship

Raw Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair will face a weird challenge in the form of Alexa Bliss at Extreme Rules. The build-up of this match hasn’t been unorthodox as no use of supernatural activities has been witnessed. Alexa Bliss returning to the title picture was something fans were eagerly waiting for ever since she turned a bit weird with her presence.

WWE Extreme Rules Preview: United States Championship

Damian Priest, the United States Champion, will be up for his second title defense. He will face the former champion Celtic Warrior Sheamus and Jeff Hardy in a triple-threat match. Sheamus earned his shot by defeating Drew McIntyre, while Jeff Hardy defeated Sheamus to get instilled in this Championship bout.

WWE Extreme Rules: Smackdown Tag-Team Championship

The Usos will put their Smackdown tag-Team Titles on the line against The Street Profits. The two teams collided in the Madison Square Garden edition of Friday Night Smackdown on September 10 but eventually, the match got disqualified after Roman Reigns made a save for his Bloodline brothers The Usos by putting Montez Ford through a Guillotine.

WWE Extreme Rules: Carmella vs. Liv Morgan

Carmella and Liv Morgan will be battling at Extreme Rules in a singles match. This match was made official after Liv Morgan challenged Carmella on the September 17 edition of Friday Night Smackdown.

It is very rare that a non-title women’s match takes place in a PPV event. But, this is happening at Extreme Rules. Morgan challenged Carmella after the latter opted to walk out faking a nose injury in a tag-team match where Morgan teamed up with Toni Storm and Carmella teamed up with Zelina Vega. Morgan has had the better of Carmella twice in the past, will she make it three in a row?

WWE Extreme Rules: Universal Championship

Roman Reigns will put his Universal Title on the line against “The Demon” Finn Balor. The alter-ego of Finn Balor showed up after 2-long years in the closing moments of the Madison Square Garden edition of Smackdown. Balor walked straight into the face of Roman Reigns, who was standing in the middle of the ring with his Special Counsel Paul Heyman and his cousins Jimmy Uso & Jey Uso.

Roman defeated an already depleted Finn Balor in a Universal title match, as the latter went through a vicious assault at the hands of the Usos even before the start of the match, a week back before the MSG edition of Smackdown. The following week Balor returned with his alter-ego, who will be challenging the champion at Extreme Rules. This match will headline the PPV event.
