WWE Extreme Rules: WWE Extreme Rules PPV is scheduled for September 26 at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. The event will see multiple matches, including several Championship bouts. But there’s some bad news for the fans who are expecting title changes at the PPV event.

Famous betting website BetOnline has released bets for the matches announced so far for the PPV event, and it reveals that none of the titles would be changing hands.

As far as the Universal Championship match is concerned, the champion Roman Reigns is an obvious favorite (after WWE announced Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar for Crown Jewel on October 21) to beat the “Demon” Finn Balor with -800 odds to Balor’s +450.

The United States Champion Damian Priest is likely to retain his title against Sheamus with -500 odds in his favor compared to Sheamus’ +450. Smackdown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch is expected to beat the EST of WWE, i.e., Bianca Belair, with odds -350 in her favor.

Similarly, Raw Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair will be defending her title against Alexa Bliss at WWE Extreme Rules PPV. Despite Alexa Bliss not losing a singles match for 400+ days, the champ Charlotte Flair is the firm favorite to win this bout. Charlotte has -150 odds favoring her to Alexa’s +110.

WWE Extreme Rules: A few more matches are expected to get added to the Match Card

As of now, only five matches have been added to the match card of WWE Extreme Rules PPV. Below are the matches announced so far for the event,

  • Smackdown Women’s Championship- Bianca Belair vs. Becky Lynch (c)
  • Raw Women’s Championship- Alexa Bliss vs. Charlotte Flair (c)
  • United States Championship- Sheamus vs. Damian Priest (c)
  • Smackdown tag-Team Championship- The Street Profits vs. The Usos (c)
  • Liv Morgan vs. Carmella
  • Universal Championship- “The Demon” Finn Balor vs. Roman Reigns (c)

With one edition of Raw & Smackdown remaining, expect some additions in the Extreme Rules match card. The WWE Championship has not yet made its presence felt at the PPV so far. We could see Big E’s title defense on September 26, but it remains interesting to see who his challenger would be. Bobby Lashley or any other name? We may get the answers this Monday Night on Raw.
