The Elimination Chamber match for the WWE United States Championship began between Austin Theory, Seth Rollins, Bronson Reed, Montez Ford, Damian Priest and Johnny Gargano.
The Elimination Chamber match began and Austin Theory, Montez Ford, Bronson Reed and Damian Priest were locked inside their pods. Johnny Gargano and Seth Rollins entered the ring and the match started.

Gargano dominated at the beginning of the match. He speared Rollins and took him down. With that, the first pod opened and Austin Theory entered the match.
Theory gained control of the match. He attacked Gargano and delivered a backbreaker to Seth “Freakin” Rollins. Theory then tried to lock himself inside the pod but Seth Rollins interfered. Rollins and Gargano took down Theory.

Another pod opened and Damian Priest entered the match. Priest entered and delivered a Broken Arrow to Johnny and a reverse DDT to Rollins. Priest then worked on Theory and attacked Rollins once more. Rollins regained control and attacked Priest with a Falcon Arrow.
Another pod opened and Bronson Reed entered the match. Reed attacked Rollins and Gargano immediately and took down Theory with a flying shoulder tackle.
Montez Ford entered next. Ford and Reed worked on each other at first and then Ford climbed to the top of the chamber and took down the wrestlers below. With that, Rollins delivered a curb stomp to Reed and Ford came with a Frog Splash. Thus, Bronson Reed was eliminated.

Rollins and Gargano worked on each other while Damian Priest delivered a Razor’s Edge to Johnny Gargano, thus Eliminating Gargano. On the other hand, Ford and Rollins attacked Priest. And with that, Damian Priest was eliminated.
The match came down to Ford, Theory and Rollins. Ford took down both the superstars at first but got Eliminated instead.

With Montez Ford being Eliminated, the match got down to two. In a turn of events, Logan Paul appeared and attacked Rollins, delivering a buckshot lariat and a curb stomp. Finally, Theory delivered the A-Town Down to Rollins for the win.

Thus, Austin Theory retained the WWE United States Championship Title.
