WWE Day 1: Three matches that could be added to WWE Day 1 PPV- The State Farm Arena in Georgia, Atlanta awaits WWE Day 1 PPV event. Six matches have been added to the match card, but with two editions of Friday Night Smackdown and one of Monday Night Raw left before the PPV event, a few more matches are expected to get added to the match card.

WWE Day 1: Smackdown Women’s Championship

Smackdown Women’s Champion Charlotte is all set to defend her title on the Christman Special edition of Friday Night Smackdown against Toni Storm. Irrespective of the result of the match, the title could be on the line at WWE Day 1 PPV as well, and most probably, a rematch between the two ladies is expected. So, will we have a Smackdown Women’s Title rematch between Charlotte Flair & Toni Storm? Seems likely a possibility.

WWE Day 1: Intercontinental Championship

It seems like the Intercontinental Championship is finally on the verge of getting defended at a PPV event. The Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura awaits the winner of the 12-man gauntlet set for this week’s Smackdown.

The winner will hopefully face Shinsuke Nakamura at the WWE Day 1 PPV event as there’s no other room for this match to take place at any other juncture. Let’s see if WWE finally announces this match for the PPV event.

WWE Day 1: Raw Tag-Team Championship

The Raw tag-team champions Randy Orton & Riddle await their next challengers. The Mysterio’s and The Street Profits are the front runners to challenge the title holders, and the two teams are expected to square off next week on Monday Night Raw to become the number one contender.

Riddle & Randy Orton have held the Raw tag-team titles since August 2021 and have grown in confidence as a unit. Whoever challenges the Raw tag-team champions at WWE Day 1, it won’t be a walk-in-the-park kind of stuff for that team.
