Last year in July Vince McMahon abruptly announced his retirement from WWE and since then his daughter Stephanie McMahon was handling the company as it’s Co-CEO and Chairwoman of the board. However in January 2023, Vince McMahon returned back to the company shocking everyone, and with his return Stephanie McMahon resigned from WWE. Within days of his return Vince McMahon became the Executive Chairman of WWE. However, several problems were lying ahead of him which are now coming to limelight.
Recently it has been reported that a third lawsuit has been filed against Vince McMahon. This lawsuit focuses on his past scandal history. This lawsuit is said to have been filed by WWE shareholders Carole Casale and Chrystal Lavalle who have filed the lawsuit based on Vince McMahon’s history of sexual harassment accusations.

Earlier two other lawsuits were filed against Vince McMahon. WWE shareholder Scott Fellows had previously filed a lawsuit against McMahon stating he “has breached his fiduciary duties as a controlling stockholder.” In addition to this a second lawsuit was also filed against Vince McMahon by Detroit’s Police and Fire Retirement System. This lawsuit was supposed to slow the sale of the company.
However now that a third lawsuit has been filed against Vince McMahon, it is to be seen what lies ahead of him and the future of the company.
