Romain Reigns Discloses ‘Vision’ To Beat Jey Uso
The feud between Reigns and his cousins, The Usos, has been brewing for months, with tensions reaching an all-time high after Reigns suffered his first pinfall at Money in the Bank.
Jey Uso picked up the victory for his team over Reigns and Solo Sikoa, setting the stage for the highly anticipated rematch at SummerSlam.
In a recent interview with First Take, Reigns spoke about his upcoming match and the personal stakes involved. “Of course. Always,” he said when asked if there was more on the line because he was facing his cousin.
“I mean, in a perfect world, he’s by my side, making sure that nothing changes. We continue to rule this world. But he’s selfish like anybody.”
Reigns went on to describe his vision for how he would beat Jey at SummerSlam, saying that he would do what he always does dominate his opponent, control the pace of the match, and use his superior athleticism and ring IQ to come out on top.
He also addressed the possibility of his other cousin, Jimmy Uso, getting involved in the match, saying that he was prepared for any eventuality.
The match between Reigns and Jey at SummerSlam 2023 promises to be an epic showdown between two of WWE’s most talented and charismatic performers.
Will Reigns continue his reign as the top dog in WWE, or will Jey Uso upset the status quo and claim the championship title and Tribal Chief status for himself? Only time will tell, but one thing is for sure: this is a match that no WWE fan will want to miss.
