Roman Reigns Backlash 2023: Roman Reigns Expected to Miss Backlash 2023
Roman Reigns Backlash 2023: Will the Upcoming WWE PPV Event Feature the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion? The holder of WWE’s two main championships won’t be there, despite speculation that this year’s Backlash would be greater than previous ones.
The Undisputed WWE Universal Champion, Roman Reigns, will reportedly not attend this year’s Backlash event. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter claims that.
“Reigns will not be on the San Juan card, or at least that wasn’t the plan on Monday, but he will be doing other major events over the next few months.”
Reigns successfully defended his WWE and Universal Championships against Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 39 last weekend. That’s because Reigns required assistance from Paul Heyman’s diversion and Solo Sikoa’s Samoan Spike before hitting a Spear to secure the victory.
Roman Reigns is expected to be at the WWE King & Queen Of The Ring event on May 27 in Saudi Arabia because he frequently performs there at the main WWE PLE events.
