She made a comeback next year but was sent to permanent retirement after taking an accidental kick from Sasha Banks.

Paige WWE Retirement: Paige following the accidents did take some off stage roles like SmackDown General Manager and managing Kabuki Warriors for a short while.
Although she was a prominent backstage member in the WWE. She did tease her return a lot of time of social media as an entrant in Royal Rumble and even offered to work as the manager for Ronda Rousey.

All these speculations ended when she announced that on ‘July 7th’ her contract with WWE would come to an end and so will the journey of Paige.
Paige changed her name on her social media handles to ‘Saraya’, which is also her real name.
Saraya aka Paige took her Social Media to thank the WWE and WWE Universe for all the love and support they have given her throughout her journey.
Although the silver lining from this was that she announced her in-ring return, she took the opportunity to let the fans know that she would be returning in the ring, it just won’t be the squared circle of WWE.
