Though Arnold Schwarzenegger has left his body-building life behind, he is still very serious about maintaining a consistent workout and diet plan.

Schwarzenegger, Arnold He invested a lot of passion into his involvement in the fitness industry, going further than any other athlete could be able to claim. He has an unbelievable level of discipline that the typical gym-goer lacks because he spent his early years sneaking into the neighbourhood gym while it was closed to exercise. He is, after all, unquestionably the bodybuilding king.

On the other hand, Ronnie Coleman has established the benchmarks for increasing muscle size and definition. He typically prefers to vary his exercises, focusing on every body region with 8–9 different exercises, and he uses a power-building approach to training to increase strength and muscular mass.

The American bodybuilder Ronnie Coleman became a close buddy of the Terminator actor back when Arnold Schwarzenegger was still heavily concentrated on his bodybuilding career.

The video has thrilled the fans belonging to the wrestling community as they commented “ It warms my heart to see legends of the two different eras of bodybuilding. Arnold will always be the father of bodybuilding and Ronnie is no doubt a legend of the new age.” while someone else commented “This like Jordan & Kobe”.
