WWE Superstar John Cena is known as one of the best hard workers in WWE. He has gifted us countless timeless classics over the years which include matches against the Rock, Triple H, CM Punk, Roman Reigns, Brock Lesnar, and many more. He has been on top of his game for more than 20 years and it would not have been possible without consistent training, workout and a proper routine. John Cena hits the gym five days a week and keeps a day each for the different parts of his body. Here is what his week at the gym looks like:

Day 1 – Legs and Calves

NOTE: John Cena does 60 crunches everyday after his daily routine is complete.
