Cody Rhodes Injury Update
Brock Lesnar repeatedly attacked The American Nightmare on WWE RAW last night, and it was hinted that Rhodes might have broken his arm in the process. After last night’s RAW, Triple H visited Cody in the locker room to try and persuade him to cancel his match against The Beast Incarnate, but Rhodes wasn’t having any of it. There is undoubtedly a valid explanation for that. There are more chances for the bout to be called off with Cody Rhodes participating. The alternative outcome might be disqualification.
Cody Rhodes is still expected to take against Brock Lesnar this Saturday at Night of Champions, according to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful (via Fightful Select), and he also plans to make some promotional appearances while he’s in Saudi Arabia this week.
Most of the WWE performers departing for this weekend’s concert in Saudi Arabia left the United States earlier today.
