WWE SmackDown: 5 Things To Expect

1. Austin Theory Defeats Santos Escobar

Previously, Santos Escobar defeated Austin Theory in a non-title match. Now on Friday Night SmackDown this week Escobar will face Theory for the United States Championship.

However, when Escobar and Theory will collide on Friday Night SmackDown this week, there’s a huge possibility that Austin Theory will defeat Santos Escobar to retain the United States Championship.

2. Karrion Kross Defeats AJ Styles

Previously, whenever AJ Styles and Karrion Kross faced each other in singles matches, AJ Styles always emerged out victorious.

However, this week Karrion Kross might finally gain momentum by defeating AJ Styles.

3. Jey Uso Attacks Jimmy Uso

At WWE SummerSlam 2023, Jey Uso faced Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship and the recognition of the Tribal Chief. However, Roman Reigns defeated Jey Uso in the match following a shocking betrayal from Jey’s brother Jimmy Uso during the match.

Now it has been advertised that Jimmy Uso will return to WWE SmackDown this week to acknowledge The Tribal Chief Roman Reigns. However, it seems that when Jimmy Uso will appear on Friday Night SmackDown this week, Jey Uso might attack his brother based on his actions at the pay-per-view event.

4. Bianca Belair Attacks IYO SKY

Previously, at SummerSlam 2023, Bianca Belair defeated Asuka and Charlotte Flair in a Triple Threat Match to win the WWE Women’s Championship. However, Belair got injured during the match. Taking advantage of the situation, IYO Sky cashed in her Money in the Bank contract and defeated Bianca Belair to win the WWE Women’s Championship.

Thus, on Friday Night SmackDown this week, we might get to see Bianca Belair attacking IYO SKY and challenging her to a rematch.

5. LA Knight Faces Sheamus In a Rematch

On Friday Night SmackDown last week, LA Knight defeated Sheamus in a singles match. Later, the two participated in the SummerSlam Battle Royal Match, where LA Knight won by last eliminating Sheamus. With that, this week Sheamus might challenge LA Knight to a rematch.
