In the main event of the show, Bobby Lashley secured a win over Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens, and Big E in a fatal 4-way match to earn a shot at the title at the Royal Rumble PPV. After the bout got over, Brock got interviewed in his locker room, where he was seen watching the main match on a TV set. Kevin Patrick approached him to get his views on the match, and Brock replied that he would be coming to Smackdown to see Roman Reigns.

Brock and Roman have been feuding for weeks since the Beast returned from his infamous suspension. The feud will now take a twist, with both men holding the top championship titles the company has to offer.
