WWE Smackdown Live: Three things that could take place this week on Smackdown- A Christmas special edition of Friday Night Smackdown awaits us this week. The Blue brand will be in a festive mood, and we all are very excited about it. 

Three matches and a Paul Heyman segment have been announced for this week’s show. Charlotte Flair will put her title on the line against Toni Storm and a 12-man gauntlet match to determine the number one contender for the Intercontinental Championship. Sami Zayn is one agitated lad roaming on the Blue roster. After getting robbed of the Universal Championship, Sami has got a chance to prove his mettle and become the Intercontinental Champion again.

He is in the 12-man Gauntlet match to determine the number one contender for the Intercontinental Championship. Sami seems to be the front runner to win this bout and challenge Shinsuke Nakamura for the title, possibly at the WWE Day 1 PPV event.
