Toni stunned one and all last week when she pinned Charlotte Flair in a tag-team match with a roll-up. It was the first time when Toni pinned Charlotte in a match, and that must have given her ample confidence to secure yet another win over the champ, but this time with the title on the line.
WWE Smackdown: A no result or a controversial finish to the match
The scenario for the end of this match could be somewhat similar to what happened a few weeks on Monday Night Raw in the Raw Women’s title match between Liv Morgan and Becky Lynch. The match had a controversial finish that led Liv Morgan to challenge Becky to a rematch at WWE Day 1.
Something similar could take place in this match as well. A controversial finish may lead to a rematch at WWE Day 1 on January 1, 2022, with the title on the line. Could this be a scenario for this match? Quite a possibility.
