Now UFC’s parent company CEO has commented on their potential interest in purchasing WWE.UFC parent company Endeavour held their fourth quarter and full year earnings call for 2022 this afternoon.

WWE SALE:UFC Parent Company is not Interested in WWE PurchaseDuring the call, Endeavor CEO Ari Emmanuel was asked about the company’s potential interest in the ongoing WWE sale pursuit. He answered:
WWE SALE:UFC Parent Company is not Interested in WWE PurchaseAs it relates to WWE, it’s an unbelievable product. Vince is an unbelievable…he’s created a great business. We’ve had a long standing relationship with them over two decades. We’re doing, as I indicated, the On Location business with them, The Endeavor Streaming with them.”
“You know, his business is really valuable, but we’re not going to do anything as it relates to changing our leverage position right now.”

Earlier in the call, it was noted that Endeavor is doing what they need as a company to de-leverage their debt. This seems to imply that they are not seeking to accumulate additional debt by purchasing WWE with Vince McMahon reportedly seeking $9 billion for the sale.
