WWE Royal Rumble 2022: Royal Rumble to take place on a Saturday
Like this year’s Summerslam, the 2022 Royal Rumble will also take place on a Saturday. The reason behind shifting the event from Sunday is avoiding viewership competition with the NFL Conference Championship Games as Royal Rumble often falls between NFC and AFC title contests and the Super Bowl competition.
Also, The Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis will be the largest venue in the 30 years history of the picturesque PPV event. It is said that the stadium will be capacitating more than 40,000 WWE fans on Saturday night. Tickets will be available from October 15 at 11 am ET/10 am CT via Ticketmaster.
