WWE SmackDown: Sheamus still competing despite injury: Reports
As per recent reports, the Celtic Warrior Sheamus is dealing with an injury. The reports claim the former WWE Champion is competing despite the injury. Recently, Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio reported Sheamus’ injury.
Meltzer said, “Sheamus is also banged up but working through it.”
Sheamus is consistently competing on the blue brand alongside his Brawling Brutes buddies Butch and Ridge Holland. Earlier this year, WWE listed the Brawling Brutes babyface in the internal roster which started their feud with Gunther. Following their feud with Imperium, Sheamus got into an intense rivalry with The Bloodline followed by a Survivor Series WarGames match.

In recent times, the Celtic Warrior proved to be a big asset for the company working consistently on behalf of SmackDown’s big stars Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre. Currently, WWE has not provided an official update on the Irish superstar’s injury.
WWE SmackDown: Sheamus will team up with Butch to face The Usos
As noted earlier, Drew McIntyre won’t be a part of the upcoming episode of Friday Night SmackDown. Earlier, WWE booked him to team up with Sheamus to face The Usos for the Undisputed Tag Team Titles. However, WWE announced a replaced McIntyre with Butch ahead of the tag team title match.

The Brawling Brutes have already faced a loss against The Bloodline but they will try to settle the score by taking their shot at the tag titles. Recently, The Usos successfully defended their tag team titles on Monday Night Raw against Matt Riddle and Kevin Owens. This week, it will be their second title defense in a row.
