Recently, WWE announced the 16-time champion for WWE 2K23 cover adding him as the only superstar to feature on the 2K series cover for the second time. Earlier, John Cena was the cover superstar for WWE 2K15 released in 2014.

The former WWE Champion took to Twitter to react to WWE’s announcement for the WWE 2K23 cover star. He also added a new addition to the career mode to bring more gaming experience and story mode for wrestling fans.

Earlier this week, WWE Universe went crazy after the reports reported John Cena being the cover star for WWE 2K23. Many fans reacted positively as John Cena will be the cover star for the editions of WWE 2K23 featuring the deluxe edition and icon edition. The latest poster of all these editions gave goosebumps to the fans adding Cena’s iconic poses to the cover.

Last year, WWE made Rey Mysterio the cover superstar for WWE 2K22 which made a boom in the gaming industry with more improved graphics and UI features. The game received positive reviews following the downfall of the previous editions and its low sale.
