WWE News: The Rock thinks this star would be a future World Champion- Former WWE Champion and Hollywood Megastar The Rock thinks that one-half of the Street Profits member Montez Ford will be a World Champion in the future.
The two men exchanged conversations on Instagram where Rock said that he thinks Montez Ford will be a future World Champion. The conversation began when The Rock posted from Ryan Satin’s ‘Out of Character’ podcast with Montez Ford. Ford was clear on mentioning how much he admired Rock in his growing days and how he has been an inspiration to him for all these years.

WWE News: The Rock has been an inspiration for Montez Ford
During the podcast, Ford praised Rock and told Satin, “I remember seeing that and going, ‘Man, this is dope!’ And then like, The Rock, that’s what like… I was already hooked [on pro wrestling], but that’s what like, made me, like, and even like… I remember, like, in school, I would try to write my K’s, like I used to sign his [The Rock’s] name. Like, everything to a T, man.”

He further added, “Style, dress, everything, man, just electrifying. Everything he says he is, man, every single thing he says he is, and just how he is as a person as well, man. Such a huge inspiration to myself, my family, getting us through so many hard and rough times of stuff, you know… going through personally, so that’s why I hold true and dear, The Rock, to my heart in a lot of ways, too.”

WWE News: The Rock was all praise for Montez Ford
Taking excerpts from the interview, The Great One praised Ford for his determination, grit, and passion for Pro Wrestling. Rock also included a clip of Ford hitting the Frogsplash on Dolph Ziggler from one of the editions of Monday Night Raw. The Rock compared Ford’s Frogsplash to WWE Hall of Famer “Superfly” Jimmy Snuka. In the end, The Great One mentioned that he will be right there rooting for Ford when he becomes a World Champion someday.
