According to Roman Reigns’ new deal with WWE, Reigns is scheduled for certain on-screen appearances. He is no longer an active superstar on the main roster who actively appears and wrestles for the audience. Reports claim his deal is similar to Brock Lesnar and Goldberg.

Recently, reports surfaced regarding Roman Reigns missing one of the upcoming major Premium Live Events. As per WWE journalist Louis Dangoor, Reigns might miss the Extreme Rules Premium Live Event in October. “Roman Reigns is not expected to be at Extreme Rules on October 8. He missed Hell in a Cell and Money in the Bank in June and July, but will be at SummerSlam later this month and likely Clash at the Castle in September,” Dangoor tweeted.

Last year, the Head of the Table competed in an Extreme Rules match against Finn Balor. However, this year, it is likely that WWE might book Roman Reigns for Extreme Rules. In a recent poster release, WWE has advertised Becky Lynch, Seth Rollins, Bobby Lashley, Drew McIntyre, Riddle, and Rhea Ripley except for Roman Reigns, Liv Morgan, and Bianca Belair.

WWE News: Roman Reigns to face Brock Lesnar for the last time at SummerSlam

As noted earlier, Roman Reigns will defend his Undisputed Universal Title against Brock Lesnar in a Last Man Standing Match at SummerSlam. In a recent advertisement for Roman Reigns vs Brock Lesnar, WWE added a stipulation mentioning the final battle between the two top superstars.

At SummerSlam, both men will face each other for the last time. The betting odds for the match lies in the favour of Roman Reigns as he is the current favorite to win the match according to BetOnline.
