WWE News- John Cena Will Return to the WWE Soon- Recently Cena spoke to man-on-street and interview Adam Glyn, He spoke about his WWE career as a whole and plans to return to the company.
“Soon. I know in WWE years I turn 20 pretty soon, so that’s a pretty big thing… and from a pretty storied class of folks: Batista, Randy Orton, Brock [Lesnar] who kind of all turned 20 this year. So I’m aware that that’s coming around the corner and who knows?
“There’s a lot of cool stuff going on and I don’t want to say no to any of these opportunities that are on my doorstep. So, I don’t know when I’ll be back but hopefully it’s soon. I’ve been gone for too long.”
The last time we saw the Franchise player was in the middle of 2021. The 16-time World Champion put on a brilliant rivalry with The Undisputed Champion Roman Reigns
The Summer of John Cena in the WWE
Last year, The WWE Universe blew the roof off when they heard the music of John Cena. Roman Reigns retained his Universal Championship by defeating Edge. Post the match, Cena returned and confronted Roman Reigns.
This started the feud between the top guy of WWE and one of the all-time greats of the WWE. The build-up of this feud saw some great promos and segments every week on Friday Night SmackDown.
The climax saw a match between both superstars in the main event of SummerSlam that year. After a brilliant match, Roman Reigns defeated John Cena to retain his Universal Championship.
