If Paul Heyman’s comments are any indications, then Lesnar isn’t returning to a place he left in 2012 as the former said that “He (Brock Lesnar) has nothing left to prove in MMA.”

WWE News: Paul Heyman doesn’t envision Brock Lesnar making a UFC return
Paul Heyman sat down for an interview with Josh Martinez of Z100 in New York, where he revealed that the Beast incarnate may never return to the Octagon again. Heyman said,
“He has nothing left to prove in MMA. He can make a lot more money in the WWE.” Noting The Beast Incarnate has been there and done that, Lesnar is more likely to “have a shootout in soccer with Messi” than he would go back to the world of MMA. “… he has already done the MMA schtick.”

Paul Heyman’s comments are nothing but a boon for WWE as they would like to keep using Lesnar for good. Lesnar made a surprise return to WWE at Summerslam PPV last month with a massive pop. He walked straight into the face of the Universal Champion, Roman Reigns, after the latter defeated the 16-time World Champion, John Cena, in the main event of the PPV.

It is a rare sight to see Brock Lesnar carrying a babyface gimmick in WWE, but in this feud, the Beast Incarnate is going to be a babyface against Roman Reigns, whom he will be challenging for the Universal Championship on October 21 at WWE Crown Jewel event.
