WWE News: Taya Valkyrie on Triple H: MLW Featherweight champion Taya Valkyrie recently expressed her disappointment on not getting to work much with WWE legends Triple H and Shawn Michaels. The female star signed a contract with the promotion in 2021 and debuted under the ring name Franky Monet. During her short stint in the company, she got to work in NXT but failed to make it to the main roster before getting released in November of the same year. Her exclusion was a part of the budget cuts due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

In a recent interview with Wrestling Inc., the 38-year-old professed that she did not get enough opportunities to showcase her talent in WWE.
“At first, it was just shocking, and I was upset, and I was mad, because I never felt –- I still don’t feel -– like I got an opportunity to shine. And there were a lot of things that were completely out of my control, obviously, such as the pandemic.”
She further went on to express her desire of working with Triple H on a regular basis. She also stated that she would love to return to the promotion in the future.
“It really sucks, because I didn’t get that chance to work one-on-one with Paul — Triple H — or Shawn Michaels on a regular basis. And I just wish that I’d gotten that opportunity as well. So, I definitely now would be like ‘never say never.’ You never know. But everything, the universe always has a plan.” (via – Wrestling Headlines)

It is to be noted that The Game played a big part in developing WWE NXT over the years. He has now moved on to a much bigger role as the Cheif Content Officer of the organization.
Taya Valkyrie had previously spoken about working with Triple H and Shawn Michaels

During an East Coast Auctions signing, she explained that Triple H was very positive while working with her.
“Great. Triple H was awesome and super happy to have me there and super positive with me. Loved Presley [her dog], of course. It was really great to work with Triple H and Shawn Michaels,” said Monet.

Valkyrie is currently signed to Major League Wrestling where she is the current MLW Featherweight champion. She won the title at the Kings of Colosseum event.
