WWE Money in the Bank 2022: Former Women’s Champion to Challenge Bianca Belair at Money in the Bank

On the recent episode of Monday Night Raw, WWE scheduled a fatal four-way Contender’s match for the Raw Women’s Champion. Alexa Bliss, Doudrop, Liv Morgan, and Rhea Ripley faced each other in a fatal four-way match to become the No.1 contender for the Raw Women’s Title.

All four women fought hard to win the match. Alexa Bliss and Liv Morgan teamed up to stop Rhea Ripley and Doudrop. However, they both failed to keep the momentum until the end. Rhea Ripley brought her momentum in the match decimating Liv Morgan and Alexa Bliss.

Insidesport
In the last moments of the match, Alexa Bliss was tossed out of the ring, allowing Liv Morgan an open shot at Doudrop. Unfortunately, Doudrop caught Morgan in a pile driver and tried to pin her when Rhea Ripley attacked her to break the pin. Eventually, Rhea Ripley delivered a Rip Tide to Doudrop and pinned her to advance for the Raw Women’s Title match at Money in the Bank.

At Money in the Bank, Bianca Belair will defend her title against the former Raw Women’s Champion and Judgement Day member Rhea Ripley.

WWE Money in the Bank 2022: WWE changed the location for Money in the Bank

Last year, WWE announced Money in the Bank to be held at Allegiant Stadium, but earlier this month, WWE announced the change of venue for the Money in the Bank Premium Live Event. WWE moved the location from Allegiant Stadium to MGM Grand Garden Arena.

Insidesport
As per the reports, WWE changed the venue due to low ticket sales for the Premium Live Event, which could have cost huge losses for WWE. Hence, WWE decided to change location to a smaller venue. Also, WWE removed some of the superstars from the advertisement poster of Money in the Bank. Currently, WWE has opened the door for ticket sales for the event.
