On SmackDown, WWE announced Rey Mysterio as the first inductee into the 2023 WWE Hall Of Fame. With that, Rey Mysterio walked out to express his gratitude. But, right then Dominik Mysterio’s theme started playing and he walked out with the rest of the Judgment Day.

Dominik then mocked and insulted Rey Mysterio. Right then, the entire Legado Del Fantasma walked out. Santos Escobar stated that Legado Del Fantasma was already scheduled to face The Judgment Day on SmackDown, but he proposed to let that match begin right then. With that, the match was made official.

The Judgment Day vs Legado Del Fantasma – Check Out What Happened in the Match
The match began and Dominik Mysterio and Damian Priest took control of Cruz Del Toro. Following that Finn Balor and LDF came into control. The Judgment Day kept working on the quick tag strategy. Then Priest and Balor took out Del Toro and Escobar. Zelina Vega then tried to take control, however, got thrown into Wilde and Santos Escobar.

Del Toro then pinned Dominik but the referee was distracted, Priest came in and broke it up with a superkick. The referee came in and Dominik covered for three. Thus, The Judgment Day defeated Legado Del Fantasma.

Following the end of the match, Dominik Mysterio said that he wants to talk with his father alone. Dominik then mocked Rey for being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. Dominik mentioned that he should have been Eddie Guerrero’s son.

He then shoved Rey and tried to attack him but Rey ducked. Rey then stated that no matter what he won’t fight his son, to which Dominik stated that he will.
