What are India’s WTC qualification chances? 

India sit pretty with 58.93% points in 2nd spot, taking lead from SA who are 3rd with 54.55. Bangladesh set India 145 runs to win the 2nd Test. India did stutter losing three wickets in the first hour with Mehidy Hasan Miraz bagging a fifer. However, Ravichandran Ashwin and Shreyas Iyer ensured India win the game by 3 wickets. With that, India clean-swept Bangladesh 2-0.

Bangladesh put up more of a fight after the 188-run defeat in the first Test but India proved to be the superior side with a three-wicket win in the second Test, taking their point percentage to 58.92. They will need to produce some good results during their series against pacesetters Australia.
