In a video uploaded on social media platforms, Mcgrath, Ecclestone and Chopra dance on the tunes of famous Bollywood song ‘UP Wala Thumka’. Apart from the dance, the social media influencer also ensured that the players learn some local slangs of Uttar Pradesh. The video is being widely shared on all the social media platforms.
Meanwhile, Mumbai Indians will square off against UP Warriorz in match 15 of the WPL 2023. While MI Women won’t be overly concerned as they’ve already qualified for the playoffs, UP Warriorz have put themselves in a difficult situation after their five-wicket loss against RCB on Wednesday.
Harmanpreet Kaur-led MI will view the remaining contests as warm-ups for the playoff round. Meanwhile, to advance to the second round, the Alyssa Healy-led squad must win its remaining games. The Warriorz are currently in third place in the standings after winning two of their first five games. To stay in the battle for qualification, UP must defeat MI. If they lose, though, UP will have to rely on other outcomes. Thus, the Warriorz must win this game.
