Royal Challengers Bangalore paid 3.4 Cr for Smriti Mandhana, making her the most expensive woman player. Among foreigners, Gujarat Giants shelled out Rs 3.2 Cr for Ashleigh Gardner, making her the most expensive overseas player. But there were bargain buys too. MI picked up India Women Cricket Team captain Harmanpreet Kaur for Rs 1.8 Cr while RCB paid only Rs 1.8 Cr for Ellyse Perry.
