The 10-year-old has even been able to lift more weight with the dumbbells and perform bench presses than most adults can, so he must be doing something right.

In a recent post, The 10- year-old can be seen leg pressing around 305 kg/ 672 lbs as we can see Eddie Hall seated on the presser along with some weights weighing 20kgs each.

Eddie Hall’s son starts the video, saying that he would be training with his dad today, focusing on his legs. And the workout schedule would compromise squats, leg presses and hamstrings.

The 10-year-old son thinks for a while when asked how much weight would he want to squat for. He initially says 40 kgs but then again raises it to 42.5 kgs. 

Now Eddie believes in performing continuous reps, his son had performed 10 reps last week, which is why he says that the leg press would be quite impressive to the fans as the child would be pressing with 125 kgs on his legs along with a slight modification.

The father and the son duo decided to finish their workout focusing on the biceps at the end. Eddie says in the video that they would perform four sets of biceps workouts. Normally performing the three exercises focusing on their legs with numerous sets usually takes them from 1 hour forty-five minutes to around 2 hours after which they start with the weights.

Eddie Hall trains his son perfectly while making close and constant supervision of all his movements, posture and form.

But this act of his, hasnt been getting him a lot of appreciation on the social media platforms. Though fans are stunned by how much weight the little boy can lift, the fans are also concerned about the little boy’s well-being, one of the comments in the post read, “Bro no hate but this could ruin his powerlifting career before it gets started.”

After completing the squats, the duo move to leg press, Eddie here can be seen guiding his don to maintain a proper body posture and where to place his hands while pushing the weights with his legs. With each rep, the couple decide on increasing the weights and that’s where we can see Eddie push a total of 800 kilos during his final stage.

Eddie’s 10-year son could be seen having little difficulty while trying to push the 125 kg weight with his legs, but Eddie kept motivating his son saying that he can do it. They then decide to finish the particular workout with Eddie being seated on top weighing almost 160 kgs for his son. This is the actual twist the duo had mentioned about.

The 10-year kid Max has been doing great than most of the adults can when it comes to lifting weights.
